1 — What locations do you ship to?

We currently only ship within Belgium, but we hope to add more locations very soon.

2 — What payment options do you offer?

You can choose to pay using Bancontact, Visa or MasterCard. We also accept cash in store.

3 — How long does delivery take?

We will deliver your purchase within 3-5 working days after receiving your order confirmation. Once your package is in the hands of the post office, we are not accountable for any delays from their side. 

4 — Can I collect my order in store?

Select local pick-up in the checkout and we'll have your order ready in store within two (2) working days. You can pick up your order between 10:30 and 18:00 from Mondays to Saturdays.

5 — How do I track the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to let you know. This will include your track and trace code from Bpost, so you can follow the status of your parcel anytime.

6 — Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?

If something isn’t quite right with your online order, you have 14 calendar days to return or exchange the item(s). In-store purchases are not eligible for a refund and we will happily issue you a gift card valid for one (1) year. You can read more our return policy here.
